3. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share the unboxing video and clear images for verification.
4. Return Charges

Return shipping charges are applicable and will be borne by the customer.

In case of confirmed defective or wrong product, we may cover return costs (after verification).
5. Refund Process
