At Homezyra, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • A proper unboxing video is mandatory for any return or damage claim.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

  • Customers must record a continuous unboxing video without cuts.

  • The video should clearly show:

    • Package condition before opening

    • Opening process

    • Product condition inside

  • No claims will be accepted without an unboxing video.

3. Damaged / Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share the unboxing video and clear images for verification.

4. Return Charges

  • Return shipping charges are applicable and will be borne by the customer.

  • In case of confirmed defective or wrong product, we may cover return costs (after verification).

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products without unboxing proof

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
